How long is the design process?

Branding - Approximately 2-3 weeks

Web Design - Approximately 4-8 weeks or more from start to finish, depending on the scope of the project.

Brand and Web Design - If you book both Brand & Web Design with me, it can take 6-11 weeks depending on the project.

Expedite Fee - If you need the project to be expedited then there is an expedite fee of $2,000.

Some projects can be completed in less time or more time, depending on client needs, the timeliness of the client submitting their content and if any revisions are needed.


How much does a typical project cost?

Branding starts at $1,997* and Web Design starts at $5,497*. Depending on the scope of the project, some projects can range from $5,000- $20,000.

My prices are set based on skill, experience, value, and to ensure a high quality outcome for your project. Can you find it cheaper? Sure you can! I’m a firm believer in the saying “you get what you pay for” meaning if you are seeking cheap, you will most likely get cheap, and not because the designer is lacking but because there is a lot that goes into a high quality project and an experienced designer knows this and values their time and expertise.

What types of payment do you accept?

I use HoneyBook to manage client projects and accept payment for invoices. HoneyBook accepts debit or Credit Card. If needed, I also offer Facebook Pay, Venmo or Paypal. I’m sorry but I do not accept checks or money orders, only the payments listed here.


Do You offer payment plans?

Yes I do.

Payment 1: to book the design date

Payment 2: to start the design project

Payment 3: at the end of the project

Pay in Full

If you wish to receive a discount you have the option to pay in full. For this option you will receive a 5-10% discount, depending on the project.

Custom Payment Plans

For larger budget projects we can extend the timeframe of the project if you need more time to pay, the 3 payments is still required:

  • Payment 1 - to book the project date

  • Payment 2 - due on the start date of the project

  • Payment 3 - due after the project is completed


What content is required to start a project?

  • High quality Brand Strategy and Design

  • High quality Brand Photos

  • High quality Website Copy ( the words on your site, written by a professional)

Clients will need high quality photos & copywriting in order to create the best esthetic and to attract your ideal client. The client will need to have hired a high quality photographer or use high quality stock photos. Copywriting is critical to clearly conveying your brand voice and to attract your ideal client. If you do not have high quality copywriting skills, it is advisable to hire a copywriter. I do not take on projects with copy DIY’d. If you need a recommendation please check out Rose Copywriting or you can hire your own Copywriter, but the copy needs to be professional.


I’m ready to get started, what does the process look like?

Congrats! This is such an exciting time for your business!

1) The first step is to fill out the Client Inquiry Form.

2) After you submit the form you will be prompted to book your free Discovery Call on my calendar.

3) We will chat and learn more about each other and decide whether or not to move forward with your project.

4) If we decide on YES! then I will send you a Proposal, the Agreement, and a link to Pay your first invoice.

5) After you pay your invoice I will send you a Welcome Email to kick off your project. In that email you will receive a link to your HoneyBook Client Portal as well as my private Client Portal page on my website. This keeps you well informed of the process, so you know what to expect next and allow for you to plan, prep, and submit your content.

Then I get to designing your amazing new Brand or Website and you get to see your vision come to life!
